It's wonderful to see you writing again, and this was such a fun piece. I loved Harry's summation of the uselessness of basically every adult in his life. This may also be the only Harry/Irma story on this site! The spell was hilarious, but also actually believable in the context of the HP world and magic. I loved the official noting that Harry is the first to successfully use it in 200 years. Your description of Irma's personality was fun and really does fit this Harry quite well. Of course she didn't believe him, but I did even when I thought Irma was older. I hope this is just the beginning of creative juices flowing.

Okay, that was just silly. Good silly, but silly all the same. ;-)

I suppose that's an acceptable use of Deus Ex Machina, and sporking everyone who has a dark mark is always an excellent outcome.
Romancing Pince, who has a "Vulture like" appearance and a Snape-like personality is more than a bit of a stretch. You didn't even give her a D-cup to take the sting out! ;)
Thanks for posting.

As a librarian's child I thank you for this! I love that the library was more than a setting and I always enjoy rare pairs. Glad to see you posting on again too!
