I think you should have the harem the same as TTSOC cause I really enjoyed it. I also think that Percy should dual wield with two Greek swords

Oh! I got one or two monsters I want him to tame!
Hydra: Greek monster, regenerates fast enoguh to grow two new heads when one is cut off, can grow to the size of Castles, what's there not to love? Plus they are water based monsters, well most of them, come in different colours, including variations of blue.
Giant Sea Serpent/Water Dragon: Giant, possibly blue coloured, sea snake that can crush ships and extrect deadly poison or uses a pressured water beam as a weapon.
Cyclop: Though they may no longer have the Close bond like in the old gaia is it more then likely that Perseus still has a Connection to these massive one eyed giants and their masterful smithing.
Kelpie or Nightmare or Pooka: Either a Sea Horse, a Demon Horse or a Spectral Horse, either one is fine, since he needs a mount and these seems most fitting.

I would like for Percy to be able to get the "breath" attack from the drake he killed. Think about it, he is in a sword-lock with his most hated enemy,then he covers him head to toe with flames... Wait, that sounds to op. Never mind.

I saw somebody ask if Percy could tame Land Rulers, and I wanted to point out that it is possible for him to do this because TTCOC Percy opened up portals to summon all Percys, but then Abyss summoned Land Rulers and TTCOC Percy sent everyone back. Who's to say that some Percys didn't come because they weren't born yet and a Land Ruler slipped throught a portal on accident/purpose? Even if it came before Earth was destroyed it could have survived. I remember something about supernova heat and explosions with the gravity dude who I'm to lazy to check on. Percy mentioned to Chaos #2 that she specifically (I think) built them to survive that stuff.

I like the idea of the true child of chaos harem it has most of my favorite characters in it. Love the story so far looking forward to the next chapter and to see how the story is going to progress.
