I agree w tracer time. It feels really rushed. Give it some time. The longer u hold the reveal the bigger the reward/ moment/ figuring out he loves tracer. Keep it up

If I could give a bit of advice?
Might be a little late for this particular fic, but in future changes with characters relationships- especially ones who should have difficult feelings between them like in here- should be slower. I won't claim to know your character as well as you do (obviously, 'tis YOUR character!) but laying his soul bare for Tracer and Tracer being jealous of "she" so quickly feels rushed. Also, Tracer isn't quite the jealous type.
On the other hand though, your character has a lot of potiental! Especially as a ex-Talon agent. I will look forward to more~

Ok, ok. First of all, I love the Zenyatta. I think he might be the one to help Alan find peace. Also we gonna be shipping Alan with anyone? I know Widowmaker or Reaper is gonna try to kill Alan for sure though, keep up the good work! The Overwatch community could always use more writers.

Mate you need to learn about paragraphs, nobody wants to read walls of text. You want visual clarity and structure so its readable.
Sorry if the criticism is harsh but this is one of the biggest offenders of fanfiction writers and its meant to help you improve
