I love the story so far. Though im not really partial to angsty stories, this is a real diamond in the rough.
I hope thos doesnt turn out to be one of those grimdark stories where nothing goes right and everyone either dies or the villain wins everything.

I just read all of the chapters in one sitting, and it went Dark FAST! Way to really shake up the story! I can't wait to see how this turns out!

I was glad to see this story again. I reread the entire thing from the start to get a fresh start on the story. I think you have rewritten it? Either way it works well. It seems to jump around a little now and again but it flows well enough to get past that. I was thinking wouldn't a reporter seasoned enough to be sent to a place no human has visited for 60 years have been away from home for long periods of time before? Being human he would probably have been in danger some of that time also? In any case the angle is good. I look forward to your next update. Like some other stories here I check my feed everyday, but I see several chapters here I had not read? Did you post them all at once?

And now the drums of war will start, but question is, would Zootopia stand a chance against the might of the human military? I wanna see Bogo's and Bellweather's response and maybe argument. Bellweather wants to declare war, but Bogo says that Zootopia wouldn't stand a chance, they don't even have a military, hell they don't even have firearms for the ZPD.

Quite interesting about your take on human/horse relationships. I can see the connections between slavery of African Americans and horses. Are you going to incorporate Judy and Nick into this story somehow?
