So i was reading this again, looking over the idea (which I LOVE, would be willing to pay a little for a good story based off this idea), and just generally poking around...
Enhanced, growth-based powers that start super-weak, cool. Sharp learning curve with huge room for growth, nice. Can't wait to see how psychometry reacts to Victor and Uber's abilities... Cask and Weld, cool possibilites, not to mention the eventual Lung boost, maybe Contessa/Triumverate... if this actually works on them. Maybe not on Cauldron capes period? It's an idea, anyway...
Flechette... that has potential. Flechette, Miss Militia, and JACK SLASH? Could... could she one-shot Scion? ESPECCIALY with her anti-thinker effect?! That could... be interesting.

The author seems to have forgotten in this chapter that Taylor was already told about Hess being Shadow Stalker by Emma earlier in the ficlet. Cause its really weird that she isn't having more of an angry reaction to being attacked by Hess and taking advantage of the opportunity to give Hess more of a beatdown.
