For the 'Civilian' Counsil I was thinking that certain things be replaced. Maybe have retired (maybe clanless) shinobi take over say finances, banking (this is different was it's just to make sure no civilians are stealing from the Leaf's public banks not village funds and emergency money), merchant guild, child care/orphanage, city maintenance, and education. The difference being they may be present at Counsil meeting but only to give information on their departments and what they think can be done to improve the village. As retired shinobi (just like the civilians should have been limited) they would have no real voting rights.

Itachi would be a good addition, though personally I like Shisui better.

That's was a really amazing story so far... I did believe that Naruto would have something with Zabuza, but turns out that nothing happened. And finally some people get what they deserve.

Nice, Deidara at least got to go the way he would have wanted. Not sure if Sasori would be upset or impressed as his own demise. So, what will the Akatsuki do with their new information?

Still pretty wicked fights. I liked Kisame's demise, that was truly fitting. Now we just have to wonder if Itachi is gonna let the secret he knows slip to Akatsuki or not.
