Well Dumbles is in trouble...Hannah Abbott would be perfect as the heir to hufflepuff. She is enough off scene to do anything with and is in that house...either her or Malfoy that would really cause a stir!

You would think that getting the information of how their house supposedly exploded and the fact that enough time has gone by that they bought a new house that the Dursleys would have been told that a body had been found in the wreckage? This actually could be used to put them away you know that. If someone could bring up the fact that they glad their nephew living with them prior to the explosion but us no longer with them and they haven't even asked about him at all. That could lead to allegations of attempted murder and arson and insurance theft if pushed by the right people...even if it didn't actually go through between the media and gossip the Dursleys could very well lose everything from reputation to monetary and would be the perfect punishment for their treatment of Harry...and if that is brought into the wizarding world it could make for some uncomfortable moments for Dumbledore that I'm sure Ted and Amelia would prolong for as long as possible! If nothing it would keep Dumbles busy putting out the Sparks. So if the healer gas only seen the use of the modified Cruciatus one time was it Dumbles or Snape the cause of it, right maybe the dark lord from the first war?

I'm surprised that Dumbledore was so blatant about his purpose. Usually he keeps things hidden behind his smarmy grandfatherly demeanor. But this time he was advertising the fact that he was kidnapping, and to top it off trying to steal from a Lord. Somehow I don't think he will be able to cover up all his actions this time around, especially if some heard his comment about how Hermione should have died in the explosion or telling Harry to sign over his vaults and Lordships...anyone listening to that would know the game is up and the Great Leader of Light is nothing but a Dark Lord of Shadows. Btw what's up with the clumsiness if Ollivander, I find that even more creepy than his usual slide out of the shadows that he usually does. I've never seen a clumsy Ollivander before.
