Hey, I've really enjoyed your fic!
So I have a bit of a random request - I really like reading-the-books fics but I find it really distracting to have to keep looking up quotes for stuff, so I've been working on a program that can sub in the parts that get skipped in the ellipses, so one can read the epubs in full. Cos, you know, I have weird hobbies like that.
So anyway, I'm writing a bunch of tests so I can check how well my program's working (as I edit it), and I'd like to include an ebook end-to-end comparison test (cos black box testing is useful), so I was wondering if you'd be cool with possibly being included in that. So basically, if you might have an unabridged version of your reading-the-books fic(s) that you'd be okay with me including in this. (Also, let's be honest, I'm definitely going to re-read too, cos that's fun.)
If you'd be okay with this, I'd really appreciate you sending an epub (or other format, I can make it work) to .

... Shaking his head, he flipped to the back of the file and snapped his fingers to enlarge the small sheet that held his family tree, so that he could actually read it. Quickly, he went to the bottom of the page, and found his and Sally's names before he started to trace up.
His eyebrows jumped to the top of his skull in shock. "Well, what do you know?" He huffed out a laugh. "Who would have guessed?" Quickly, he put Percy's file back before going to find his mothers file in the relevant section to see what her's said about her life, he already knew that the family trees between the two files would be exactly the same.
Letting out a low whistle, he carefully replaced her file (they weren't allowed to leave the Records Room) and went to go find Sally. He absently wondered if she'd ever told anybody.
What was Sally's Heritage exactly that Hermes had found?! Please, not another Cliffhanger or a 'Whatever-the-readers-imagine'...

I forgot why I stopped reading this fic, because the first few chapters are so good. NOW I remember.
It was for 3 reasons:
1) Because you exaggerated the abuse from gabe to ridiculous levels (why do PJ and HP fanfics do this?) that could never be hidden that easily. And it's not even needed, 'milder' forms of abuse and neglect are still abuse and neglect, you don't have to have the kid drowning in blood. That's overkill.
2) Because Percy and Sally act so afraid of him now yet Percy was able to stand up to him and backchat him at 12, and Sally was brave enough to defend her son to him and give him 'meatloaf surprise'. So to go from that to suddenly shaking like a leaf when he appears is absolutely OOC. I get that trauma can cause that kind of thing, but if it hadn't affected them at the time, it wouldn't affect them after everything else that's happened that was worse than gabe.

3) A sister? A sister that disappeared, implied due to gabe? No. Just no. Percy didn't have a sister, it would have come up in the books. Sally didn't mention one, and no way would she have stayed with gabe if anything happened to her child even to 'protect' the other child, because there's no gaurantee the same wouldn't happen to the other. Poseidon looked in on Percy and doesn't remember one. This is just going off the rails. There's AU and then there's contradicting the entire story.
