Circe herself in the book says her mother is Hecate. Where is this nymph coming from?
Not really a fan of the Hindu pantheon being brought in, at least not like this.
Oh boy Poseidon, just wait until Tartarus, and the Underworld, you will flip, so will Zeus.
Percy being turned into a guinea pig isn't funny. It's cruel, and honestly would probably be truamatizing.
So they were all ready to hate on Percy for letting the pirates loose, yet Annabeth does it and nothing? Seems pretty double standard to me, honestly.

While the timing would have to be figured out, an idea occurred to me, listening to Hades and Persephone talking about the expansion of the Underworld. I was thinking that it would be interesting/shocking if Percy just casually asks Hades if he knows how Anubis handles the dead of the Egyptian Pantheon? Maybe if the question was asked, just after Hades quietly mentioned the other Dynasties to Persephone, but not wanting the Demigods to hear about them.

And when they realized the pirates were inmune to their magic, the didn't think of using spells on the elements and objects around them to fight off the pirates instead of directly at them?
