Love this story.
Got to love Percy's powers he's got so many. Among them...
Hydrokinesis- lifting 10,000 gallons of water, extracting water from petrified seashells, summon water to him, create air bubbles for people. Can solidify water to walk on it.
Toxikinesis though limited, same with Cryokinesis, heat immunity, and vitakinesis. I guess there is a probability he can control blood since it is largely made of water it would be majorly helpful in a medical setting like if someone is badly wounded he could just make the blood stop coming out so the wound could be stitched up. Also has the limited ability to control weather and limited ability to create hurricanes

I think you did a beautiful job writing this story, but I can understand why you're wishing to rewrite some things. If you decide to keep Lily, I would actually change her name to Andromeda that way you have both Andromeda and Perseus.

One question, after Annabeth eats the vitamin, Ares points out Circe can still affect the room. Was that more to point out how Percy was still vulnerable, or to say Circe could magic a wardrobe over Annabeth and let gravity take over?
Because the vitamins were '.. feel like one's self' so would only stop direct transformative attacks, not a fireball or concussive wave, or force throw some furniture. I would think at least one sorceress would react with physically damaging spells. Also it was a spa for female mythics, and the pirates was unarmed. And likely their weapons were sold or destroyed at magic practice, so no rearming, limiting their response to current monsters and new guests, like your Aphrodite.
I didn't catch it on my read of Son of Neptune, but I wouldn't think 6 pirates would be able to hold an island with even only 10 moderately trained sorceresses for longer than the initial confusion lasts. And that ends pretty fast when they're busy being upset their ship is leaving.
But that fails in the face of canon, so you might want to change Ares' phrasing to be '... but she can still affect Percy'.
Also, looking at that section many times, effect is a noun, and you should be able to swap another noun in place, and affect is a verb, replaceable with other verbs. '...not be able to magically obliterate Annabeth...' works, I think it should be affect, but who knows. Maybe 'magically transfigure' instead?

The Lily thing was tbh confusing but I was interested in seeing where it was gonna go. Especially when you had that chapter with Rhea and the Fates. Whatever you decide to do with the Lily plotline, do continue the story. This is like the best PJO characters read the books story I've ever seen.

If you can remember on where you were going with Lily I recommend keeping her in, in some way shape or form. That was a really good piece of character building for the campers from CHB when they understood that her loss was the reason Percy was so big on family and siblings. Either way I am excited to see you continue, keep up the great work!
