Yeah I saw the new chapter (haven't read it tbh, just seeing IchiHime pissed me off lol) and I wasn't impressed. Considering Ichigo spent 90% of his time around Orihime downright ignoring her advances it was pretty clear that they weren't going to be together... meanwhile our Strawberry was hanging off Rukia's every word.
I honestly feel like it was done out of laziness and the whole "our worlds shouldn't be together" trope.
However I am curious as to if Kiskue's and Yoruichi's injuries were canon in the time skip. I mean, with Orihime around and her stupid ability to completely reject things she doesn't like or believe in those wounds shouldn't have even been there.
Eh. Enjoyed the story though, it was nice to have a "real" canon ending. :)

Loved reading this. You're right, I didn't like the last chapter either. It was definitely rushed and some of the developments after the time skip didn't make sense to me.
Thanks for posting this alternate ending. I like this a lot better...

This! This right here! IS IT! Words can not describe how much I enjoyed writing this, it's beautiful, poignant, and incredible. I enjoyed reading this. I could see the picture move in my mind and I was blown away. You did such a fantastic job writing this. I understand that there were mixed feelings about the ending of Bleach; yet, I loved it anyway. However, like you said, there were questions left unanswered. We need answers Kubo! I wanted to write something similar to this, but I never have the time. You've answered some questions for me that I like. I might read this all over again. You are a fantastic writer.

Bad. I'm sorry but the only difference between this and the Canon ending is the the pairings which were not that big of a deal. I can tell your just a bitter shipper
