My heart is really hurting for Sam's family. Especially for Jess because she doesn't even have a clue as to what might have happened, though I think Dean is begging to think this might not be a natural occurrence. Mary-Claire is adorable, the scene at the end is so sweet and sad when she kisses her daddy goodnight and gets popsicle on him. And Dean is of course beside himself with Sammy like this. I want to smack those boys for not communicating better though. Dean would have been thrilled to know he had a niece. As always awesome job, I'm looking forward to seeing where you take this :)

I'm loving this. I love the little family you built for Sam, and I love Dean dropping everything to get to Sam's side. The idea that his collapse might be supernatural in nature is intriguing-can't wait to see where you're going with this!

This is a great start! There's so much angst packed into this…my heart always aches for Dean when I think of how he felt like Sam abandoned him (Dean being alone always makes me the saddest) and I cannot wait to see where you go with this AU!
