Think you forgot to have Luff say no to being their little brother. It goes from the question being asked straight to them being hurt
I did crack up at Shanks being told not to do anything to Luff while bathing her, Shanks reaction made that scene
Not really sure where you'll take this, there needs to be differences that follow on from the changed premise to make the story but I'm not sure I can actually imagine Luff being any different if he were a girl. Maybe people would treat him differently but if no one knows. I guess it could just be wtf reactions to her crew finding out?

Finally, a fem luffy fanfic that doesn't have romance. That made my day right there, and reading it also made me happy because it was actually good for once and not super OOC.

But family fluffyness and sister complexes. XD Something else you have to love in these fanfics.

What killed me the most was how ace and sabo figured out that luffy was a girl.
