Honestly, okay, I read your work.
Though it does need some work, it has potential.
Just one thing, he should honestly get back with Annabeth. Whoever this new OC is, she already seems like a bitch. Although I agree that Annabeth made a huge mistake and I'm not one of those "omg percabeth" type of people, Annabeth seriously seems like the only person in this fic who should be paired with Percy.
Everyone else in the reviews is saying "f Annabeth," but this whole OC thing would be a lot worse. In my honest opinion, I'd rather you pair him with someone he already knew, than the OC. Maybe create a plot with the OC being evil - this would first lengthen the story and add an actually good plot, but second, it would set you apart from other writers...
Just my opinion - it's your story.

Wiser? Wiser?! She's became even more egotistical with time! She could look past Luke's betrayal for a 'reason' to explain his traitorous behavior, but she could not be bothered to find a reason for Percy's sudden change?! Or why she herself recovered so suddenly but her boyfriend got worse at the same time?!

'mistakes make people wiser' blah blah blah. she's sh1t and she isn't worthy of percy. she always made the mistake of taking percy for granted before (remember her chasing after puke... i mean luke?) and it didn't make her any wiser. she's simply unworthy of percy. period.
