Lets make this kid a Wizard Magus genius with the powers of a Phoenix! His titles should be, The Master of Death, The Boy Who Lived, The Man Who Won, The Phoenix Wizard, and The Magus of Rebirth. Those titles sound awesome!

Also you should take a look at those powers TD put up as those just seem to rock and fit perfectly with Harry's British roots! I would love it if Harry eventually gained all his cannon powers and equipment including all three of The Deathly Hallows along with whatever you are planning. In fact if I were you, go and research Celtic Magic and the magic's of World of Warcraft's Druids, Type Moons Celtic Magic and actual Druid practices just to try and recreate that Celtic feel. Now for Harry's Magecraft potential for he has to be an Average One as Wizards do not have any elemental limits on that branch of Magecraft, His spiritual evocation and it's various fields are so-so, being good at alchemy, rune craft, and is passable at material transmutation.

Seeing as Merlin has played a massive role in both the Harry Potter Mythos and Fate/Stay Night, are you ever going to base an arc around the events of Fate/Grand Order so Harry can learn under the feet of one of the great Casters(excluding Medea who I am sure is more than willing to take him under her wing)and get some power under his belt so he can hold his own against Voldemort and get tougher. Now before you say that Merlin cannot be summoned here are his powers.

Though he counts as one among the top-ranking Casters, Merlin himself does not treat Magecraft as his forte. The reason being that he stumbles during incantations.

Merlin is a formidable magus, said to be the most feared in the country. He claims that he qualifies to be a Grand Caster and that he is a top tier servant on the level of Solomon. Bolstered by his Incubus heritage, Rin Tohsaka describes that being able to disguise Artoria's gender or "arrange for a child that should never have been born" should be extremely easy tasks. The creation of Invisible Air is attributed to something he could have thought up for Artoria.

He is a half-blood born from the union of a human and an incubus, he possesses the proof of the Highest Mage; Clairvoyance "the Eyes Which See through the World". Eyes able to see beyond while the person stands in place. From time immemorial, it is the power entrusted to lands by the gods and the power shamans needed to guard lives. However profound and capable of performing the strongest forms of Magecraft one's magic circuits may be, a mage who does not possess these "Eyes" shall not be given the title of the most supreme. Possessing outstanding clairvoyance, in spite of having foreseen all about the collapse of the Round Table and Britain’s crisis, he left Britain without telling anything to King Arthur. There are many theories as for why Merlin never told King Arthur about her fate, but it is often said that it was because he is not biased towards individuals, instead caring only about fate.

He is proficient in swordplay and is allegedly Artoria's swordsmanship instructor. He was shown in possession of Excalibur, saying that he prefers using it in combat over magic because he bites his tongue during long incantations and that "it's a lot easier to smack things around with a Holy Sword, you know?".

Independent Manifestation
Merlin possesses Independent Manifestation, a Skill that permits the unsupported manifestation of oneself unto reality - a capacity normally restricted to entities that fall within the irregular class of Beast. Being entrapped within Avalon, Merlin should under no circumstances be summonable in the capacity of a Heroic Spirit; his Servant Profile in Fate/Grand Order states that irrelevant of the future that comes to pass, his death shall not occur, and he shall therefore not pass unto the Throne of Heroes as a Heroic Spirit capable of being summoned. Being that serving a Master in the capacity of a Servant counts as one amongst his many interests and desires, however, for purposes of rendering his fantasies as reality, he has by personal effort obtained Independent Manifestation as a Skill. To put it in other words, he pretends as a Servant merely as a part of his hobby. By use of this skill, Merlin was able to be summoned by Gilgamesh in the 7th Singularity of Fate/Grand Order as an irregular Caster. When questioned as to how this was possible when he wasn't yet deceased, he claimed that it may have something to do with his connection with the Singularity; or the fact that the era of the summoning lies prior to his birth - allowing for him to qualify as "not being alive." In Chapter 16, after Merlin apparently dies following the defeat of the Conglomerate Divinity, Gorgon, Doctor Roman indicates that the Merlin that was travelling at your side was merely a projection, and that his primary manifestation within the era was occupied with the task of restraining the Goddess Tiamat within her slumber. He suggests that Merlin may have been killed in the process Tiamat's awakening. However, as of the end of the 7th Singularity, Merlin is revealed to be still alive - taking advantage of the incineration of the Human Order to bypass his confinement within Avalon, and physically travelling to Babylonia to take part in the final battle against Tiamat.

Illusionism
Merlin excels in the thaumaturgical discipline of Illusionism a Skill related to Mental Interference, which at a Rank of A permits interference with the psyche to the extent of introducing nightmares, and materializing illusions on the scale of a village within reality.

Immortality: Merlin is fated to be trapped in the Garden of Avalon, for eternity, having transcended death. To ascertain the world of humans until the end of the universe, without being able to die.

Now here are Merlin's skills as a Servant.

Imagine Harry Potter learning under the Merlin himself. that would be freaking cool! also speaking of Merlin's powers here are some suggestions on his development. Also if I may make a few ideas for Harry's development, I would love it if Harry eventually gained all his cannon powers and equipment including all three of The Deathly Hallows along with whatever you are planning. In fact if I were you, go and research Celtic Magic and the magic's of World of Warcraft's Druids, Type Moons Celtic Magic and actual Druid practices just to try and recreate that Celtic feel. I am of Polish, Scandinavian, and Czechoslovakian descent so I want this part to be as accurate as possible to my ancestral lands and their traditions. I hope you keep writing, I'm curious how everything will turn out when Shirou gets Saber. Also what about the servant Harry would have summoned, how will that play out

Okay I did not see this coming, good on you. Also here Medea Lily's powers. in that form you should give her Argon Coin at the very least as Rule Breaker is apparently a gift of the gods that embodies her nature as the 'Witch of Betrayal'. As this is the 'pure' Princess Medea rather than 'corrupt' Medea the Witch, it is likely she wouldn't possess Rule Breaker, much like how Saber Lily has Caliburn but not Excalibur.

Now for Medea Lily's cannon powers. Just like her older self, Medea Lily primarily uses the Rain of Light spell as her main offensive spell via her High-Speed Divine Words skill. However, her Territory Creation and Item Construction skills are both inferior to those of her older self. She mostly cannot use offensive magecraft, but excels in healing-type magecraft.

Now here are her servant stats.

Excellent point about Shirou's Tracing, but something to consider is that the weapons in Gilgamesh's Vault were the prototypes of other Noble Phantasma and as such do not have a history of being weilded with great skill but a heroic spirit yet. This is because of how Gilgamesh used them as projectiles rather than as melee weapons.

Nice to have you back. Chapter's looking good. I agree on Medea's opinion, but it seems you're forgetting a few important things: First, Shirou can only copy what is in the weapon's experience, and all of Gil's weaponry exists in a blank slate since they're explicitly prototype Noble Phantasm, from before their legend. So even if he has... I don't know, Merodach, he won't be able to use the Siegfried's skill with Gram or Arturia's skill with Caliburn, even though canonically, it is this sword which became the origin of Gram and Caliburn. And then you have to consider he's copying the skill of people of wildly different body type and stats, and has to compensate for lower base stats with Reinforcement, which means on top of having inferior skill (because the copy's always one rank lower than the original, meaning the weapon's experience is degraded also), he has inferior strength, speed, etc, a different body than the one the skills were originally built upon, and he has to use prana continually to maintain his reinforcement, which would deplete pretty quickly since he is, after all, a "third-rate magus".
And that's why Shirou's sadly not as OP as you would want to make him.

Nice chapter. Though I agree ubw has the potential to be op through sheer versatility, Shirou himself can't reach that potential due to several factors. One being he doesn't have the prana capacity and two being the common misconception that Shirou and heroic spirit Emiya are physically the same whereas Emiya is weak even by heroic spirit standards which even the weakest is above humans physically. Shirou also lacks the battle experience that allows Emiya to go toe to toe with heroic spirits. His projections of noble phantasms also lose a rank or two from the original so he can't go head to head with them.

It's gooood:):):):)):)

The only thing that really held Shiro back from being op was that he had a small amount of prana, and his temporary circuits could only hold a small amount at a time because they were e rank.

I wonder how she'll feel later when Harry is victim to the bullshit of the Wizarding society.
