I really enjoyed this chapter and I'm looking for the superheroes universe you are creating!
An annotation: a better form for the Latin word is "Imperatrix" with a "m" and not a "n"
(and the modern terms - English "Empress", Italian "Imperatrice", ecc. - derive all from the Latin word, that is the "original" one)

Yes! Really interesting story. Gotta love superheroes and villains. Makes for a really balck and white world this kinds of story so it goes with Henry's way of thinking very nicely.
