In the movie, the fact that Red got out unscathed when surrounded by TNT of that amount kinda frustrated me. I mean, the pot is huge and hollow! I'm sure his hearing was at least reduced by a large amount.
Anyways~
I like your writing style and the chapter!

All right, I loved this one. REALLY loved. You write very well, and I really can respect someone who would put Red into that deeper and softer perspective. I love that side of him, and would love to see more ficwriters crossing that anger barrier and seeing through it. Not many can.
I liked Chuck's and Bomb's part on this as well. Like you did with Red, you saw and wrote more than just the personas they use: Bomb isn't just a big guy who can explode, and Chuck isn't just a fast and hyper bird. They are all deep characters, and you did an amazing job writting about it.
So, I'll follow this history. You'll make a second, a third and a... I don't know... hundred chapters of this, right? Please?
I REALLY need to know if Red will recover his hearing or not. If he does, it will be great. And if he doesn't, it will be great as well, because this is a problem real people deal on the real world. It would be amazing to see him (and his friends) adapting to it.
