I miss this cap. Winter Soldier was a great movie, but it tore out any pretense of a light heart the MCU might have had. And the less said about Fucky barnes the better.

Say she studies Steve with her powers, could she copy the serum or make upgrades in others similar to his improvements?

About writing Deadpool, just pick "The Adventures of Alyssa Williams...Stark" by Katherine Michaela and its sequel from my favorites and search deadpool in them. She writes the best Deadpool. Look out for the interactions between Deadpool and "Little Author" in author's notes, cuz they are HILARIOUS..
