It's not easy to pick up where you left off on a story, especially after so long, so congratulations on finding the inspiration to do so and moving forward.
Assuming there's no doctor in Heaven. (They're already dead of course.) And Neji is an angel, not a doctor, I wonder if someone above has a master plan, especially since Neji himself wasn't expecting the sudden unconscious outcome.

I have such a hard time giving constructive criticism knowing you wrote this in your SECOND language! That's incredible. Do you know what I can write in the language I studied for 4 years? Yo quiero Taco Bell. Hahaha.
Still, if I had to pick, I'd say paint the scene a bit more and be more descriptive with their interactions. What leads from point a to b? What are their hands doing, etc. still, it was amazing.

I am so happy you decided to write your own Neji/Ten story after doing many illustrations for others' stories. This one had strangers coming together with immediate attraction. Although Tenten was the she devil, it seems Neji had a naughty side too.
