I've given the story a try, but I have to agree with a number of other reviewers. Your syntax, grammar and spelling are awful. I know you gave a little insight into the "council" but there's no background information for any of these characters you've created or the council itself really you just talked about the structure. Does anyone know what an enforcer actually is? Your story just makes little to no sense, further compounded by the poor syntax, grammar and spelling as mentioned earlier. It just makes it a very poor read. I apologise for being so brutal, I prefer to leave honest reviews. I won't be continuing with your story. Again, I apologise.

When different people speak, it starts a new paragraph. When new people speak it helps to identify that a different person is speaking.
It also helps when you put something like, 'this person' said or yelled or joked and so on.
Otherwise, it is an interesting idea, so far.

Ugh what is with the bashing of James and Lily Potter and the weird praise for Snivellus? No one is perfect in their teenage years; James was a pranking bully, Lily is unforgiving with a temper, and Snape was up to his eyeballs with creating dark arts. Oh and why the harshness against Dumbledore? Sure Albus was crooked and made a lot of mistakes, but he isn't a true villain more like someone with a messiah complex. Oh and I'm confused with all the random character introductions. Sorry I can't read this anymore.

Sigh, like Severus doesn't unfairly dock massive amounts of points for things like breathing and give Slytherins points for the smallest things. I'm no fan of Albus, but this he is super duper evil schtick on FF has gotten old. House Cup is corrupt, both Albus and Severus and even Minerva are grossly unfair with how they distribute or dock points, not just Albus.
