The grammar could definitely use some improvement, but what's thrown me off is the inconsistencies in what skills are supposed to do compared to what they actually do. All fiction for example isn't supposed to be controlled until level 50, but our character's first use is to fix a wagon. Unless he spent 2 of his daily uses before this and that somehow gave him 50 skill levels then the skill just plain lied

Balance boy... a level 100 with all stats over 400 beeing beaten by a level 26 with less then 50 in all stats? Thats not even Anime Logic its plain stupid

Sakura is way to strong, dealing 500 damage per hit and knocking a out OP MC out as fresh Gennin is just... what is when he is then Jonnin? 3k damage per hit with fist? Also the Gamer MC getting knocked out makes no sense, he needs nothing and has boss perks which should prevent that - leading back to that Sakura, as fresh Gennin with no super strong tutor, is too strong and knocking out our MC who is maxed and should be way way stronger than a Sakura/a Gennin otherwise he isnt even remotely strong

Huh? He can't learn it like gamer? No big deal, since the hogyoku can help him... Although I just realise that he didn't take anything from dragon all.. Can't he just write the skill he want on a piece of paper and use it instead of comic books?... Dragon ball magic is quite strong and especially the one angel use...

Just start reading this and it just to my liking... I especially like the cheat OP thing, the hogyoku that create skill for you... Nice!
I am disappoint that you didn't pick true magic from fate or the skill creation in medaka box, the guy that had trillions of skill.. Or even medaka accelerated growth rate.. A pity... But it's okay... Also get the rule breaker to break the limit rule...

suprised he didn't just get some kind of dimensional ability with the hyogoku, literally infinite power, there was literally no boundaries set with it. he could instantly destroy the moon if he got koro-senseis abilities, ending kaguya in an instant, create an ability that absorbs all chakra and puts it in himself, slowly but surely reclaiming all chakra on the planet. instantly learn senjutsu and put all the nature chakra into the hyogoku or something else
