As you have been told, interactive entries are not allowed on this site. If you would like to see for yourself, you can find it in the "Rules & Guidelines", which is under your "Publish" tab. "Entries Not Allowed" number 5.
As suggested to you already, one of the ways you can fix this is via taking your questions through PMs only. But as warned you will not be able to show the request or directly respond to it. Or you could make a RP forum for the interactive portion and write your story based around the happenings of said forum (without acknowledging that it came from that forum).
You could also move this story to a site that accepts interactive entries such as Quotev, Ao3, Wattpad, or DeviantArt.
Or you can opt to risk it with the admins. But I remind you now that not only could your story be removed, you account could also be suspended, or deleted, for breaking any of their rules.

This story is an interactive question and answer session with the reviewers, which is not permitted on this site per the Terms of Service we all agreed to when we signed up for accounts.
There are a couple of things you can do to fix this. The first would be to make the story site-compliant. To do this, you would only have to take your requests and questions via PM so that the admins would not be aware that you were interacting with the readers. Finally, your answers or responses to said requests would have to be in the form of an actual story that does not credit the person who submitted the request, again to avoid the admins knowing what's going on.
The second option would be to take this story to an appropriate forum or your profile page where you can do this to your heart's content without breaking site rules or promoting a violating story on the top of the browse page, thereby bumping down hard-working authors who are actually writing site-compliant stories. Or you could take it to one of the many other fanfiction sites that would accept this kind of story such as AO3 or Wattpad.
Take all these suggestions into consideration, as they will help you avoid ToS issues in the future. Please understand, I say what I say in the spirit of what this site's about; making good stories great, if not brilliant.

Hey there, I have to say I'm sorry, since Isaac destroyed the fourth wall and my OCs are now going to ask some questions to your characters since they're also interested. Hexcalibur has a question for you and I'm sorry if he talks too fast.

But i wrote that letter for entrainment so i could laught instead of thinking about miserable life here on terra. Oh it is BAD. Right now we have trump, who has caused chaos and harm ever since he took office. And now with his unholy power being boosted by the meme lord kek, he had become god emperor trump, who threatens to end reality itself. Has thete ever been. Someone like that on varius?

I'm glad that you answered my question, the thing why I'm asking that question is because my OCs tend to do silly stuff to me like: Sky (Salamence) steals my cookies, Grace (Gardevoir) gives me the creeps when she stalks Earwyn (Swampert) even though she's a dandere, Palkia cosplays me to Madoka Kaname even though he knows I'm a guy, Isaac (Aggron) tends barge in my narratives and comments, Carla (Chandelure) likes playing with me but she almost burns my soul, and copies of Nightshades of a Sableye are everywhere. The worst scenario is Mary, she is a shy Ampharos who is always nervous and when she is, she Mega Evolves and fires Electro Pulse everywhere. Electro Pulse is Mary's most powerful attack as it combines electrical and dragon energy together to create gamma rays, the resulting aftermath are nuclear explosions. For my next question, are you also doing something silly to Professor Lugia? Is Galvantula also doing it too?
