A true work of art darling.
Seriously tjough, this was beautifully written and heartwrenching as well as heart warming with sprinkles of humor at the end. I loved it from start to finish. Especially Taichi being there for him and just letting him sort himself out and not trying to sort his feelings for him.

awwww, poor Takeru sunshine child. He needed this, though. I'm glad he was there with Taichi, and then his Nii-san at the end. "I want Nii-san." broke my heart. But then, my heart is made of glass sometimes. Excuse me while I sweep up the pieces and throw them away.

Takeru and Hikari's relationship is so precious. I love them both. This chapter was very sad, but I'm still hopeful because they are going to meet in Adventure! Gosh, I've got the reunion in my head, lol. Good job.

Honestly, I don't usually read one shots or short stories in a story (hahaha yah know what I mean?) But WOOOOOWWW I learned to LOVE THIS! ABSOLUTELY EXTREMELY Really REALLY.
