Okay, you may want to work on this a little bit. It's very good, plot-wise anyways, but it still doesn't seem quite there. Maybe put a bit more information in there. There are two extremes. Writing too much info about something, and writing too little. Unfortunately, you've done the latter. Hopefully you can fix that. This does seem interesting.
