Nilsia, you stink! i was rereading chapter 38 (my favorite chapter) when i realized sirius said for the partnering to work a siog had to get off! and then we get like 3 chapters in a row where snape is doing whatever he can to get Róisín off (to stabilize her magic of course, not to prove to sirius that he can get the síog off)(never ever to prove his childhood bully that he can! make someone other than himself come!) i love Róisín's desire for aftercare, whether she just wants to be cuddled with or sleep in the same bed as him is an important part of their sex life, whether snape wants to admit it or not, but the line between teacher/student, order member/deatheater blurs (and snape has a lot on his plate) its nice to see the little ways he tries to show her aftercare, like conjuring pajamas on her because its going to be cold, wishing her merry christmas, offering her pain relief potions, etc. it's sweet little moments like this when your prowess as a foreshadower comes out. when you do come back and we find out if muffliato was used at the door i know im going to have a silly grin on my face.

I just finished the last chapter after reading this story nonstop over the past three nights, and I have to say: your storytelling is absolutely captivating. Róisín is such a layered and compelling character, and the way you’ve seamlessly integrated her into an already established universe made this an incredibly enjoyable reading experience and I just couldn’t tear my eyes away.
I love how you stayed true to canon while adding your own unique elements, like bringing Lupin back (yay!). Even more so, I adored her intriguing and emotional dynamic with Snape. He’s such a mysterious character to me, especially when it comes to his intimate life, and I’m in love with the way you wrote his character. Don’t even get me started on the smut… I’ll just say that I’ve never read something like this, with so much plot and emotional tension involved in such sexy scenes. There’s so much more going on than just a hot smut, and I appreciate it so much. I feel so involved with Róisín’s jorney already, and I feel almost protective of her.
That said, I noticed it’s been a while since your last update. I completely understand how life can get in the way, but I just wanted to let you know how much readers like me are still deeply invested in this story. If inspiration ever strikes again, I’d be thrilled to see where the journey continues. I’m so beyond curious to see how their relationship and the story develops.

My fave fic I come back and reread sooo much, crossing fingers for an update soon ! I haven’t found anything this well written. I love an OC fic in general but the idea for this story is so clever and unique and the way Snape is written ahhh obsessed. Hope everything is okay! X p.s does anyone have any recommendations for similar vibes to try and satisfy my The Stirring cravings in the meantime
