Good start to what seems to be a very interesting story. My only concern is that you seem to have over looked the horecrox in Harry's scar. Mephisto can feel souls and if it's easier for you to understand. Thank of Death as Premortal Deity and Mephisto as a Titan/God. Also for the Spirit are you going to use the one is tainted by darkness or is the Spirit going to go through the Cleansing at some point? Just wondering what Marvel Universal going to use as the as the basis for this story?

Interesting start to what promises to be a good story. It looks like it will likely take a few more chapters to get all your main characters and store line fleshed out, but I like where I see this going.
