I agree that he should eventually change his mindset as he started out as half human and grew up in the mortal world
And you also mentioned that’s he’s not always going to have the answer which is correct
But he is nigh-omnipotent/present and whatnot as he is the primordial of the the earth, which means the literal earth, I personally dislike how weak Riordan portrayed the gods and demigods (Titans are just an older race and subsequently more power as they are closer, in a sense, to Chaos(the beginning for the Greeks), and Primordials same case as Titans but even more so)

Great Chapter! This is one of my favorite stories on the site, and I'm estatic you updated!
The memory about Athena was informative , and you provided a very accurate description of Wisdom. Where did you learn all of that?
Did you make the mortals call Percy, "Big Guy" on purpose? Percy used to call Tyson that. It's a bit ironic.
I like your plan for Percy's character buliding, and Rick and Hendrix's personalities are fun. The part where they were going to leave Percy behind was so funny!
I love your style of writing, but next time try to reduce the amount of sophisticated language. You should write more simple dialogue instead of descriptive language so your readers don't get bored. No offence, but this chapter was kinda boring. It was hard to follow along when the dialogue or thoughts got long winded. If your going to do that, I suggest separating the text into short paragraphs, instead of bunching the text together. It will help to prevent the reader from getting bored.

OMG ARGGGGGGGG AHDHRHDJIDNDI!
This story plot is seriously GOLDEN! I love you style of writing and the way the plot is portrayed is awesome! I love your OCs and this is just duuidnridmdeolw!
This is officially the BEST FANFICTION IN THE WORLD! I can't really criticize anything cause it's all so perfect!
I do have some minor ideas though.
I think it would be cool if Percy disguises himself and tries to meld with the human world with his companions and also gets closer to them along the way.
Oh, and why is Percy still alive when he doesn't have any believers either? Are there going to be more gods that survived? And NOOOOOOO ATHENA DIED! At first I thought it was Annabeth and I was like, "wait how did that happen?" But then it was Athena and I was like, "OHHHHH That makes much more sense."
And can Richard get his arm back? I liked his arm.

Quick question. How in the world did the Russians, Chinese, Europeans, and the United States/ allies suddenly become best buddies in the span of less then several decades to eve n agree on something in the first place? And how in the world did congress manage to completely dissolve one of the original ten original admendments without a massive public outcry? Not to mention the fact that trying to push and agenda with other hostile foreign governments and sustaining that agenda for several centuries is near impossible, since future politicians would have agendas of their own or bigger problems to worry about then the slow attempt at the abolishment of religion.
