Literally you would need a power level of 200 or higher to destroy the Moon...and Gohan as A 4 Year Old When Angered Is Over 1000... based on destructive power scaling that would be equivalent of destroying a small planet.. the thing is that as he grows older he's definitely going to be stronger going to be stronger is naturally stronger

That Means Having A Power Of 60 or Higher Would Allow Ki Users To Destroy Islands

Again I do not agree with Gohan being nerfed even more than he has to be because you can make a overpowered character and make a good story. He only protect those does that matter to him.. considering that he's going to live in a different setting he's probably not going to go out this way the save the day every day.. again the series of his one punch man and the protagonist name is Saitama contradicts your argument.
You have to make a compelling because of you nerfing him such a stupid degrees why would anyone take the story seriously..
I can acknowledge that he is almost harmless when calm but you cannot just throw away that potential for plot.. the one moment he gets angry he would steamrolled everything... think about it Piccolo only train him after he survives in the wilderness for 6 months and became Strong enough to Hunt Dinosaurs.
you have to remember that he already became ridiculously powerful just by surviving in the wilderness for several Months and he's strong enough to deal with Dinosaurs and slice off a piece of its tail just to Snack on it... that was not training that was survival.. he was trained after surviving in the wild for 6 months. Though I only know he's only became strong enough to hunt dinosaurs but he really got much more powerful after piccolo started training him for a few months.

Would be interesting if you developed gohan to kinda be like broly from the super movie. I mean charater wise they are near mirrors, akso if I remember correctly gohan as a kid had stated he found training or fighting fun but he did not like to hurt people (it was an old sub so it could be wrong). The way I interpreted gohans actions was basically as long as he had someone stronger than him or at least who he views as stronger (childhood memories of vegeta being drastically stronger than him left an imprint in his psyche) he would not see a reason to train since he could rely on them holding strong. I find it too coincidental that gohan canonically started training himself back up after seeing goku ahd vegeta nearly die in the future trunks arc. Also there is the fact that gohan never had a rival to push him ,once again mirroring Broly who didn’t really grow drastically in power until he fought goku and vegeta. I like what your doing here I was half expecting him to end up under ravens wing since seeing her hurt others and not being able to do anything to protect them because he was too weak would likely lead to a mind set that if he’s not strong he would be unable to keep those like raven from hurting others , taking it as a personal failure also with her you could have had gohan mentally superimpose his uncle who had similar hair and skin tone to her adding to his mental state. I do kinda hope you have gohan kinda resemble his son wukong outfit which can be seein in the official cover art son gohan the inconsolable ya know since places in ruby have a kinda Chinese aesthetic.

so I assume you have Jaune as a main character as well. Though how can Remnant challenge a saiyan. Even their base is still more powerful then most people on remnant. Not to mention in the timeline with raditz he still has his tail. Would be cool if Jaune raised Gohan though from now on.

No matter how much you cut it.. Gohan is going to be Oo.. I have no problem with that.
Even at age of 4 he would be capable of injuring someone like Radtiz if he is enraged.
Radtiz is easily a casual moon Level... Even if he is not planet buster.. Radtiz would be capable wiping out enough of it to make the planet Barren.. Uninhabitable.
Gohan is a Prodigy... No matter what form of training he receives... He is going to be stronger then Kid Goku
Likely Strong enough to Solo the rwbyverse.
He Would Literally be The One Punchman of the Rwbyverse.. He would represent that Wall. No matter how strong everyone gets.. No matter how flashy there techniques are... One punch is all he needs.
It would be best that only few know what he is capable of.

Toriyama failed writing Gohan... Gohan is person that Protects other people.
Gohan was meant to be Goku's Successor... I mean yes he is free to live the way he wants.. But it is his responsibilty whenever he like it or not to ne strong enough to Fight off threats...
With Great Power comes Responsibilty.
If Gohan trained to the point where his power stayed the Same.. Then i,am pretty sure Many fans would crazy.
Gohan is not a warrior.. He is more Like Hero/Protector..l.
That was Point of cell Games.. The passing of the torch.
People Compare Goku to Superman.. However Gohan resemble Superman in personality.

If someone like Krillen is entering the tournament he better be trained to the point where at least comparable to buuhan and have God transformation to stack on top of that power level. And even with that he would only be equal to Demi God Goku in his Super Saiyan 2 form... In my opnion.
