To hear his confession of love (since he will never be able to have a happily ever after with Tenten in the manga) made for a sweet moment between these two. It was a great set up to have Neji make his admission under torment and get an answer he so longingly hoped for. Surely this will make a difference in the plot of the story and I can't wait to see where you take it. Thanks for sharing!

Aw this is so emotional, I loved it. The confession was so heart warming. Poor thing!
Your writing style is really nice, however, there are quite a few grammar mistakes, though nothing that made me want to stop reading. Try improving that and your writing will be amazing. Not that my own English is perfect ;P

Wow, you've taken on another story, featuring Neji and Hinata and maybe later Neji and Tenten? You've definitely introduced us to a new scenario whereby old traditions are alive and the new generation is stuck in the mercy of them. I am wondering how Naruto fits into all of this and if Hinata's point of view will be incorporated.
The ending conversation between Hiashi, Neji, and his grandfather left very little to be discussed, but I like your title and it's surely to give a hint to what is to be. Thanks for sharing!
