really? 25000 for a ring? You are telling me that break a curse from an horrocrux is cheaper than a ring with a barrier? is cheaper hire a profesional curse breaker than a simple ring? I understand that you want to make those rings expensive but the magic in those items isnt rare or impresive

I am enjoying this story immensely. I like how certain characters stick to their beliefs and morals despite pressure from outside influences, like Daphne. I wish Dumbledore would have got his comeuppance but oh well. See you next time!

wait, why did Harry not go along with his plan to get rid of everyone who is marked? The conversation in Dumbledore's office made it seem like he would just ignore Dumbledore and go ahead with his plan, only he then suddenly decides not to? I'm confused and could really use some more explanation of what happened in Harry's mind.

A few points to fix in this chapter. There is the mention about all of the Weasleys sitting with the 3 Gryffindor chasers, but Ron and Ginny are the only ones still attending Hogwarts, and of the 3 chasers only Katie Bell is still a student at this point. Angelina and Alicia graduated at the end of book 5. Also, prefects are assigned before 5th year, so Malfoy was already a prefect the year before, just like Ron and Hermione. Speaking of, is Hermione still a prefect or did she resign?
