a bit inconsistent.
If this story take place after ash differents journeys, no way kiawe can be ranked better than ash.
basically not a single of reccuring rival ash meet during his travels should be in the top10 rank (means morisson, barry, conway, paul, nando, cameron, trip, tierno, trevor, sawyer, kiawe, gladion and all alola school students should be out)
a bit inconsistent.

ash beat brock ny using the sprinklers and no if pikachu had fought then he would have beaten misty so he might have got mistys out of pity but not brocks

This is interesting story so far. Makes me wish kinda that this was cannon, but oh well! By the way, loved the Yu-Gi-Oh gx and food wars references good animes lol. Will there perhaps be a reunion of all his traveling companions and old flames (as if he dense as a rock). May I also suggest a side pairing of bonniexmax sorry for the long ish review

The Kanto region, in a place known as Pallet Town is the home of Ash Ketchum. A Pokémon trainer whose dream is to become a Pokémon Master. Along with him is his faithful starter Pikachu.
Ash and Pikachu have traveled far and wide across multiple regions collecting gym badges to compete in each region's Pokémon League. During his travels he has come across many challenges, made many friends, faced many rivals along the way, like the grandson of the famous Professor Oak
Ash and Gary were facing off in a full battle in the Johto league Silver Conference. It was Gary's Blastoise vs Ash's Charizard.
"Charizard lift Blastoise up into the air!" Commanded Ash. Charizard let out a harsh roar, as it did as it was told and lifted Blastoise into the air.
"Bite him Blastoise!" Gary ordered.
Blastoise then bit Charizard's left shoulder causing it to grunt in pain.
"Charizard don't give in!" Ash encouraged. "Seismic Toss with everything you got!"
Charizard roared; continuing to fly higher into the air. Once high enough, it began to spherically spin, diving towards the ground in unmatched speeds.
"Blastoise!" Gary cried out, watching helplessly as the water starter was hit directly with full-force.
The two fell, crashing to the ground. The impact had caused the whole battlefield to be engulfed in smoke. The crowd looked on, anxiously waiting for the smoke to clear. Watching for any sign of movement. Slowly, the dust cleared, revealing both Blastoise and Charizard covered in scratches staring each other down. They stood in silence, a vow to keep standing. Stubbornly waiting for the other to fall; and then Blastoise stumbled, swaying to side before slumping to the ground. The referee waited, a pause. The time was up, the hard-shell pokemon was knocked out. Charizard was declared the winner, as the stadium erupted into cheers and applause.
