Nyeh, I have caught up. Now I must wait for the next chapter. Phooey. Oh well. Ch37 was really good and the part where Jun was watching Gai go upstairs was made even better by the song I was listening to. It was "Animal I Have Become" by Three Days Grace, just as I was reading about how he could see what Hayami meant it was playing this part: "Somebody help me through this nightmare, I can't control myself. Somebody wake me from this nightmare," which with how he views Gai's relationship with Hayami made it all the funnier for me. Maybe it is tje fact that I read that chapter around 3:30AM? Eh, whatever, still funny. The last few chapters were great and very well written, like the rest of course. Anyhoo, I am gonna try and go back to sleep now. Darn cats woke me up around 2:00AM and finally are being quiet enough for me to sleep. Oh well read a great story and shall wait for the next chapter as patiently as possible. Goodnight(or Good morning which ever is appropriate...or Good Afternoon...)

Ahhh! You don't know how happy I am to have stumbled upon a Gai/OC fanfic! I find that there are far too few of them and I'm so glad to have found yours! I can't wait to read more and see how Hayami and Gai's relationship plays out-something tells me it'll be interesting ;)

When i was reading this story i felt like i had read it before. I realized that i read maybe the first few chapters last year when it was being written! I had forgotten all about it. I am so happy to stumble upon this story again and finished reading it in one go last night. Its refreshing to see a love interest, one as well written as Hayami for Gai. Gai really deserves more love. The subject of slave trade made me really uncomfortable but i understand that it was necessary for the story. Love the Neji and Tenten interactions. And Lee. Oh hes just too youthful. This one is going to my faves and hope you will update soon.
