This was so awesome! I adored both Jed and Marcus, the practical and protective adult having to keep a leash on a kid who just wants to run for the next adventure. Nathan and Ezra were great, their tongue and cheek banter was spot on, and I love that Ezra and Nathan were scheming together and pulled it off so well. The way you use the OCs to flesh out the boys is great, like with Marcus saying Buck looked like he was physically holding himself back from interfering. Or JD calmly moving the innocent citizen out of harms way first run-on sentence speech about the different plans was definitely something I could hear Buck saying. And does that bit at the end mean Chris was only considering their plan and hadn't approved it yet? Or that he wanted to be there just in case? It certainly sounds like the rest of the seven expected him to be pissed. And Ezra is so practical in the most impractical ways-if Nathan gets beat up, we have no doctor for him, so I will take the beating instead. Without telling anybody about the change in plans. Nathan is going to be giving him shit for awhile, grateful or not. Awesome fix, you have a great grasp of all the characters.

nathan and ezra...united in the worthy cause of destroying a man. a beautiful thing. seriously though if Nathan doesn't like you, you need to reevaluate your life.
