Ha! Talk about another awesome chapter. Loved the last movie review with the Krogan at the end of the chapter. Krogan plus Dinosaurs are a definite match made in heaven. Lol. There was a lot of good stuff in this chapter beginning with another awesome conversation between Tevos and Brock. I also loved the movie review bit as well as the dealing with the Volus ambassador.
I especially loved the dealings with the Volus ambassador since more authors usually don't bother with them at all, and I'm really interested to see what would happen if the Volus tried to gain more independence in the galactic theatre. Good luck with your next chapter, Merry X-MASS, and as always have fun writing.

FWIW, I like the new chapter.
As for the humongous mass accelerator, did you filch that idea from Proximal Flame's "The Last Angel" over at ? His main character (a vengeful AI in a space battleship's body) does use very, very large (50 tons?) and fast (0.9 c) mass-accelerated (and guided!) munitions.
Anyway, I think it is awesome.
