This one is my favorite of your stories. You just have such an awesome blend of these two universes! I really want to know what Akatsuki, or rather Tobi and Zetsu specifically, are going to try and pull to get Naruto back for their plans and if that ever happens how people with Faunus traits get affected since I assume Beacon would amount a rescue operation and ask Tsunade to come back and help.
I like the idea that they keep them permanently and just lose their aura's and semblance but gain chakra out of it. Though, chakra is much harder to utilize than aura is but there seems to be some overlap that isn't instant because Tsunade's strength is still there which I can only assume was her perfect chakra control carrying over to Aura control after she got used to it and her Aura immediately giving her a semblance that mimics her most utilized jutsu, her strength which is on 24/7. That might actually be because Healing Jutsu and Genjutsu is more spiritual based than ninjutsu, which Aura definitely is, so Kakashi for example wouldn't have immediately great Aura control but Kurenai might right away.
There needs to be more Karin and Mito though, lol. Karin because her sensing over massive distances might be relevant in future conflicts, I assume she knows exactly where Matatabi is at Beacon pretty much at all times for instance. Mito because that scene with her and Naruto like 10 chapters back was adorable, lol.
