If you watch Naruto the Movie: Legend of the Stone of Gelel it sort of is confirmed that there is a continent to the south of the land of wind(that continent is Naruto's Europe). In Naruto Shippuden the Movie, Naruto, Neji, Lee, and Sakura(can't remember who else) travel to another continent located to the east of the land of water(land of water is not the same as the land of waves).
In the anime at least, it is confirmed that there are other continents.
Temujin's continent (Europe) do not know chakra, instead, they use magic stones and machines.
Continents of the North in Naruto's realm use chakra.

nice chapter, my only problem is the flash forward kurama just happened to be friends with one out of thousands of families that will be the family of the main character, eren wasnt even a titan shifter at the time so why did kurama befriend them.
i think kurama should give more mysterious vibe, while in the same time still be activly communcating with them.
except from that good chapter and i hope you will update soon.

I wonder why there wasn't an uproar from the guards on the walls. The explosion of this size and power generate much more light, sound, and vibrations to be noticeable even from beyond the horizon, and I doubt they went that far.
