Found this recently, and enjoying it immensely. Grammar needs a lot of work, but other than that, story is great. (Also, Geralt can overpower the Hound with ease, he's had much more experience, not to mention the mutations.)

Your story isnt bad but your grammar needs a lot of work. And instead of making the GoT world and the Watcher worlds separate simply make them one world whose lands and continents are on completely opposite sides of the world

A good witcher story always needs some conspiracy. Game of thrones being ripe full of them.
Interesting to see Robert in the small council, he reminds me of King Henselt. Both assuming Geralt will be at his beck and call.
Cersei and Petyr will soon find out that they need a distraction to keep Geralt away. He is an old wolf and used to tricks.

This is what i was afraid of geralt who is easily one of the best fighter in a world that is way rougher
then westeros yet ties with the hound bullshit nerfing i get taking away the
signs but geralt is still stronger and way faster then the hound.
You picked this world to wright geralt in yet you nerfing him shows your lack of
foresight and ruins much of the if he can't show his full strength he is
still way more agile then the red viper thus should have used his agility to wipe the floor
with sandor but manly this is just to vent my frustration of seeing geralt being even close to
beaten by someone who really doesn't even stand a chance considering i have
had geralt cut down hundreds of sandors without a sweat and that was me playing and i suck.
