Honestly its a blessed relief to see Luffy get something other than lightning powers. Still annoyed that I have yet to find another Zoan fruit luffy that is not genderbent besides the dragon one I is this such a hard request as for this Eneru fight I am rather interested to see how this is going to work. Ice is after-all simply frozen water Luffy is at a severe diadvantage

Blackbeard's been sailing the new world for 20 years as a Whitebeard pirate. And Ace has been there for 2 years there's an extremely high chance they both had it and Blackbeard's Haki was just stronger once he nullified the mera mera no mi Ace used and won that way.

It has to be able to go to Absolute Zero. Otherwise some of the techniques we see used like Ice Age wouldn't be able to freeze what they do so quickly. Ace's devil fruit at the level he used it in canon also doesn't really overpower Ice that cold either as the fire loses its heat far far faster than Ice that cold can actually melt. Akainu being a good example where he most likely won because his fruit has elements of heat AND a semi Solid. Meaning he could just keep his body as magma to keep what heat he could but still fight extremely effectively since his body isn't as immaterial by having the semi sold sediment that made it up. If you think about it Magma is just liquid rock that's hot.
