Interesting, I'd suggest a few grammar checks though. On giving the others fruits, I'd say just remember someone has to be able to swim. Ideally at least a few someones.

Good start I want to see where you take it. That said the last two chapters have been as fast paced as the first two, I recommend slowing down a little now the new arc has started it feels rushed.

If logia have to learn to turn into their element then you should be able to kill them with surprise attacks.

Well electricity is conducted though diluted water but if it’s pure water it isn’t as conductive so ice would be even less conductive since it is insulated with air granted the heat from the lightning would melt the ice but it would probably stop the lightning a few times I am not a 100 percent about all this but hopefully it gives you a few ideas
