There were a not-insignificant number of typos, and it’s common practice to change paragraphs every time someone starts speaking. Nil is technically a sociopath, not a psychopath, and it was clear from your stilted, factual writing at the end that you were really uncomfortable writing the smutty part (I’ve been there). Still, everyone starts somewhere, and this kept better to both characters canon personalities than some other Aloy x Nil fics I’ve seen, you clearly understand them both fairly well! What would really be great is if you could use the site’s character settings to tag this story as being about Nil, so those of us who love Nil can find it better.
In all, not bad for your first smut piece! I read this a couple of months ago when looking into Nil fics, and liked it enough to want to find and read it again tonight, so you’re definitely doing something right! Keep it up.
