Good story.
I have liked it so far.
I was wondering ,
Is Team 8 going to be the only Shinobi in this story or can we expect appearances of other ninjas ?

Actually, the author also post this story in Spacebattle, so most of the reviewer are there.

Those meatballs are indeed disgusting lol.

Great chapter as always. I wish more people would leave a review.

I liked it overall, but just one question. Why would Hinata be surprised at all that the Ants could talk when she knows summons and bijuu are a thing, especially since she knows that they ate and gained the abilities of humans? I'd think that she would expect it TBH.

Interesting fic. Hope you continue.

Well this was a pleasant surprise. I didn't expect you to update so soon. Either you write fast or you've got a bunch of chapters written ahead of time, but either way it's good news to me!

Also good news, I loved this chapter. Finally we've gotten to the meat of the crossover, both sides meeting up! And it was done so refreshingly well, too. Neither just gave up their secrets without reason, and what they did give up (well, Hinata anyway) was perfectly logical and in-character to do so IMO. Everyone here acted just as I would have expected, minus Knov and Morel because I honestly forgot what their characters were like, but I'm sure they're true to canon. It was also nice to see all of this from the Hunters' side, to balance out the two views and to let us know just what the Hunters' are thinking now this hat we can have a good idea of what's going through Hinata's head.

I ain't got any complaints this time. Nothing that stands out to me anyway. Just a well done chapter all around.

Another exposition chapter, but it was necessary and a good one, I believe. I'll admit, I didn't remember a whole lot about the NGL, those other places, and what they were like, so it's nice to get a slight refresher. It also led in rather well to Hinata meeting Killua, Gon, and Co., so now we can really get to the good part, the characters officially meeting!

Although, one little problem I can say this time is that I felt like Hinata was a bit too easily impressed by Killua and Gon. I guess can understand Knov, Morel, and especially Netero, even if it's only judging by the appearances of something Hinata didn't even know existed before, but I didn't feel like anything she observed would've been enough to make her, as you said, feel cold just from Killua believing they couldn't beat the ants. It's very wise and believable of Hinata to expect a potential threat and be cautious, yes, especially with the ants, but for Hinata to seemingly feel so very intimidated felt a bit weird and forced IMO. It would feel more earned if she actually saw the Chimera Ants and Hunters in action rather than them just spotting and pinpointing her (impressive, but no real indicator of power aside from knowing her general direction when using her Byakugan, but then again a decent sensor could do that too) and Killua running for a bit at 40 meters a second (extremely impressive for someone without chakra, sure, and a good indicator of what much more experienced nen-users can do, but IMO not enough to leave any impression to most shinobi beyond the fact someone without chakra did that).

Also, I'd think that Sasuke or someone else would've heard about the Hunter Association long before Team 8 went to their world, and consequently heard about nen and then told Team 8 about this before leaving, because that all seems like a pretty big deal to just not tell Team 8 ahead of time when they'll be cut off from home for a month. Sure, nen isn't all that common, but surely they'd have heard of SOMETHING about the Hunters or other people doing superhuman stuff and did a bit of investgating. I wouldn't think that Sasuke of all people or anyone else this whole time didn't notice or hear about people performing superhuman feats without chakra or about the Hunter Association and NOT have told anyone about it. So I think it would have been better and far more believable if Team 8 was informed at least by what little they knew about Hunters and nen to better prepare them for something. They don't have to know everything about them, but even a little info would've been far better IMO. It just kinda breaks my SoD a bit that Team 8, and evidently the whole shinobi world, had no clue at all about existence of nen and Hunters.

Although, for both of these problems I've got, I suppose I just don't know the whole circumstances or whatever you're thinking behind them. Perhaps my observations are trivial and incorrect, but it still all felt very odd to me so wanted to point them out.

But aside from all that, I did very much enjoy the chapter. Especially since now we can see them interact for the first time! It was a much better idea to provide exposition and take your time to naturally lead up to this, so great job on that. Really built up the anticipation and delivered IMO.

*Sees summary*

"It sounds good, but I really doubt it'll be good. Might as well give it a shot, maybe it won't be absolute crap."

*After reading*

Holy crap! This was good-wait, no, this was great! The subtle references to canon events, like Team 8 no longer going on missions together (from Konoha Hiden IIRC) and mentioning Naruto spoiling Boruto to foreshadow Boruto's later actions, were done so well and tell a true connection to the story of Naruto. The descriptions of the events leading up to what's happening and Hinata's stream of consciousness are so engaging. Naruto and Hinata's love for each other and their children was shown so well and endearingly! The idea of Team 8 going instead of some overwhelming powerhouse like Naruto or Sasuke and the reason for their going was good, even if it is seemingly trivial. Of course they'd abuse they're absurdly advanced interdimentional tech just so Shino could investigate some bugs. BTW, nice set up on the portal being used for other things to help justify the premise. Plus it's a lot easier to believe this rather than Team 8 just randomly appearing in the HxH world or being sent there by Tobi or Kaguya or whoever like so many fics do. It's a nice change of pace. And the characters actually seem like themselves rather than some ridiculous caricatures feigning to be them. You can really tell that this is Hinata experiencing all of this, and that these people she's with and thinking of are Team 8 and her loving husband.

So all and all, as an exposition chapter setting up for things to come, this was really good! NGL, "a cute name," "vacation," hah! Knowing how much care you put into the Naruto side of things, I can only hope just as much is done for HxH, with all it's complexities and gross yet interesting horror and weirdness. And with that I hope to see both worlds be meshed well. And it already seems like HxH has been introduced rather well.

I've always wanted to read a good Naruto/HxH fic, and you've managed to inspire much confidence in me. I will, of course, stay cautious of future chapters, as I can't get ahead of myself or else be spurned by disappointment, but you've really done a fabulous job with this chapter. I hope you can keep this up!

I'd try to be a bit more critical about the story, to tell you of any ways you can improve this, but I'm afraid I can't think of anything. Even your grammar seems spot on as far as I could tell. I don't know if that's due to my inexperience as a writer/reviewer or if this is genuinely that good. Either way, I like this!

ok I love the diea that Naruto and Sasuke start impulse going to other dimenshions.. its a ncie tie into the innovation of an industrial revolution but still respecting Chakra as the odd ball wired thing it IS.
