I'm only going to ask you this once: have you lost your mind?!
What on Earth makes you think that this sort of thing is acceptable reading material?!

Of course MacGyver survived. And of course he lost his memories. And OF COURSE he remembered everything while he was holding a beautiful woman. How typical. And how sickening. Thank you for giving me a warning about how terrible this chapter would really be, because at least I had a chance to brace myself before I threw up.
I'm ashamed to be caught reading this.

And of course Sanguine loves every moment of it. I'm ashamed of her, too. She's supposed to be obsessed with *me,* not with MacGyver! Oh, look, now she's shedding tears. Revolting!

... Never mind. She was crying for the car, not for MacGyver. That's my girl.

Can you just get to the action already and tell me who's trying to ruin my mortal enemy? I can't take much more of these sweet and tender little moments where true love shines through and everything falls into place. ...MacGyver doesn't deserve them.

At least try to write something worthwhile next time, won't you?
I'm putting forth a good faith effort in trying to enjoy this, but you've got to meet me halfway. It's only fair.

Ignore Murdoc. He's a hypocrite and he knows it.

But he's totally right about the hockey puck. That was so clever! I never saw that coming, but it was awesome. I love it that MacGyver is being framed. Although it looks like he'll be okay until/unless they manage to find some hard evidence against him... waiting impatiently to see what happens next

Also, I loved the part where MacGyver was changing clothes and asking Sam for advice. That was too cute and too funny!

MacGyver clearly doesn't know how to treat a lady. It's not that hard, you fool! Just tell her that you love her and get it over with already! Or on second thought, don't. I enjoy seeing you make a miserable fool of yourself.

Clever ploy, putting that bomb in the hockey puck, but a bit messy in the execution. Whoever hired this fellow should've found a *real* professional for the job. What's the point in framing MacGyver? Just kill him and get it over with. Problem solved.

Though I will say I enjoyed this installment. I'm rather fond of explosions and of seeing MacGyver treated like a criminal. Serves him right for all the nasty things he's done to me over the years.

I liked this chapter. Poor Mac, waking up on the hard floor. :-D

I really like how MacGyver and Joanna are each trying to dance around the other, so convinced that the other one isn't interested. And it was nice that the commitment thing was thrown back into Mac's face. :-D

I remember the guitar song! I saw that episode! So now I'm proud of myself for managing to catch an Easter egg.

Also, Murdoc exaggerates. I was definitely *not* swooning. Although.. I guess I did get a little fangirly when they kissed, but-you're a good writer! That's supposed to happen! :-)

Now they're kissing again? What fresh hell is this?! I do hope you're not going to make me sit through a wedding at some point... Or worse, a honeymoon. I'm going to be sick just thinking about it. What could any woman possibly see in MacGyver, of all people?

And now you've even got Sanguine starting to get all glassy-eyed over him. Do you even realise how annoying it is to have my once-dedicated personal biographer swooning over my worst enemy? Please think before you write again, thank you.

On the other hand, Joanna seems to have quite the taste in quilts and good old Peter has got MacGyver feeling uncomfortable, so I suppose all is not lost. ...not yet, anyway.

Personally, I love the relationship dynamic between MacGyver & Joanna. They're very sweet together and I like the direction that they're going in.

Also, I love the latest plot development and I can't wait to find out who's trying to frame Mac!

I have stolen your friend "Sanguine's" computer and I'm not giving it back to her until I've said everything that I want to say.

First of all, do you really have to make these displays of affection between MacGyver and what's-her-name so sickening? I think I'm going to die from how sweet it all is. Absolutely disgusting.

And secondly, does anyone really think that MacGyver could be capable of sabotaging his own school? He's much too boring to think of something like that...and much too moral. Of course, he has no problem shoving me off a cliff whenever it suits his purposes, but vandalism? No.
Then again, that would be the ultimate plot twist for you, now wouldn't it? I do wonder what our dear Peter Thornton would think of that.

As much as I hate to say it, I will admit that this story that your friend has forced me to read isn't quite as bad as I expected it to be...although your heroine would be much better off if she were with *me.*

Until next time... Tell MacGyver to keep looking over his shoulder!

Nice intrigue. My money's on that Stern guy setting him up. Maybe trying to get Mac back to Phoenix. Love a good mystery!

wow this is great, really cheered me up on a blah day

like the way Mac's relationship with Joanna is a slow burner
9/28/2017 c24 Sanguine
It seems like Sam's adjusting nicely. I love the way he asked Joanna if she broke up with MacGyver like he was a five-year old. That was adorable and so funny. Also, I can totally relate to him playing air guitar. :-D

So Stern is back after all! That guy's up to something, I'm sure of it. I don't trust him.

I am now impatiently waiting for the next installment. You know, once you've finished this story, I don't know what I'm going to do with my life.

Mac would be an amazing science teacher. Almost a perfect fit. He'd really make a difference there. And for him, the best part of teaching is that, just like being a field agent, no two days are alike. :-D

Good chapter! I've been waiting for Mac to get in trouble, hurt, find something he shouldn't... you know, just being him ;-P
I laughed at Joanna's determined nurse style! Just jumping on him like that it felt maybe a tiiiny bit OOC thinking of how reserved she's been before, but then they are getting closer, and it might have been the ice breaker they needed to get truly close
Thanks for writing!

This chapter cracked me up. Poor Mac! He should know better than to drink the punch. :-D
Also, I love how believable you've made MacGyver's attempted reentry to Phoenix out to be. He'd definitely have to go through lots of exams and I'm glad that you've mentioned the ridiculous number of head injuries he's gotten over the years. I wouldn't be surprised to find out that he has something like CTE, honestly.

You're a really good writer. I'm impressed! I like the way you set up the stage with all the things Mac and Sam were up to after the show ended, and I like the way you show how close they've gotten while still keeping the realism of their past and all the years they spent apart. You do a great job of including little details, like Connie and the coffee. And I love it that MacGyver wants to return to Phoenix! :-)

Very good, and it all feels so... lifelike! Mac is sure to figure something out for communications with the old phone wires, nice detail!
Keep it coming!
