I was so relieved that everything turned out so differently than in canon with Cedric alive and no Voldemort, despite Hermione's sense of foreboding. No doubt something else will happen but that was a great ending to the tournament. And Hermione's parents were able to visit Hogwarts, which doesn't happen very often!
I'm still catching up on this story but it's brilliant and I love all the changes you've made.

There's a nice family theme developing - Hermione with the Malfoys and now Harry and Sirius. I also like how Narcissa hasn't cut her sister off completely and wants to know more about her. And Sirius is struggling to adapt to his new circumstances and get along with his family, but everyone is trying in their own way to do what's best. I'm really enjoying all the different relationships.

I'm really enjoying how the two sets of parents are getting on, which is something you don't normally see! The Malfoys have to overcome years of prejudice and stereotypes, but the Grangers have their own obstacles to deal with too, as they get to know people from a strange world they don't really understand and all at a very frightening time in the life of Hogwarts.
I'm also enjoying the chapters about Sirius, which is a nice way to give a different perspective.

And now that Lucius knows how Draco behaved at school he might do something about it. I wonder if it's changed their mind on Muggles in general though. Prejudice can be very ingrained, particularly if it's been passed down through the generations, but maybe they will let Hermione teach them about the Muggle world too?

I've only read a few chapters but it's a very interesting concept and I can't wait to read on and see how this friendship develops. Narcissa already feels like a more rounded character and Draco is thankfully becoming a bit nicer. He is certainly more sympathetic than the original version!
