Your story is of some interest to me though it bares a lot of similarities to Yusaku. Look forward to more. I can suggest a couple more cards to fit the Knights of Hanoi like infected mail, dark computer virus and cracking. Maybe even crash bug monsters too.
Was expecting Morningstar to use jack knight but maybe you could include more users of cyberse and other cyberse monsters like V lan hydra or that one from the word chalice archetype.

...Wow. Morningstar does feel a bit like a Playmaker clone, but...really, that's my only qualm here. Everything else was great...and I liked how you put the breakdown of the Duel at the end of the chapter, so anyone who might've gotten lost can see "Oh, that's what happened".
Also, gratz on the custom cards. I liked them, although I'm admittedly wondering what the Cyspirit Archetype's "Sthick" is - like how Lightsworn have self-milling, Goukis have their 0DEF and tutoring, etc. What's the running theme to the effects? Just curious.
Please keep up the good work. Can't wait to see more out of you!

Good start but I'm worried you may have wrote yourself into a corner already like I said when you announced this fic. We don't know if we will see the subjects of the project later in the series that results in you trying to find an excuse in why your OC was apart of it. But still let's see where this goes.
Since your taking card suggestions: Cyspirit Pied Pikeman, 2Cyberse monsters Type: Cyberse Link:3(top,right, bottom left ) ATK: 2400 Effect you can change the battle position of any monster this card points to and destroy one spell/trap card on the field. Description: a tall and skinny man with a tattered cloak with a red and blue grid design. Parts of the exposed skin has patches of black with blue binary code in the patches. The monster is equipped with a long spear with a serrated side and a small dagger on the base of the shaft
