There aren't many HP/South Park fics so it's great to see some. I enjoyed Dominant Tweek. If you're making Craig the reincarnation of Harry, wouldn't he have some memories of his past life? Also, are the other boys superheroes too?
Jealous/rapist Clyde is really out-of-character. There's no need to make their friend a bad guy. It seems to be pointless drama. Why not have a despicable adult take the role like Butters' dad?
While I applaud rare pairings, Thomas and Gary are both one-episode characters. There's not much material to work with if you want to write them. If you want Craig to have blonde boyfriends, why not add Butters? He and Kenny would be good choices since they are main characters.
