Another interesting chapter. Personally, I think Daphne should tell the truth about the baby. It wasn't her fault and it happened before any wrong doings of Harry. I can understand why she didn't want to tell anyone. It would be interesting to see how Harry feels about Blaise calling the baby his. That won't go over well.

Interesting turn of events here. Harry's future self telling him Daphne is just using him, but he needs to continue his relationship with her? Odd! Is Daphne crying because her plan is failing or because she is starting to get feelings for him? Even though I dislike this version of Harry, he doesn't deserve a life sentence at Azkaban, which for all we know, that 'future self' was just a trick pulled off by someone working for Volmort. Good chapter.

I enjoyed the interpersonal stuff between Harry and Daphne. She should learn when to speak and when to drop it. I liked Snape warning Greengrass to be nice to Harry out of his love for Lily. That was a nice touch. Doubt she will listen.
I did find the transition between the Harry Daphne plot to the destruction of Portree to be a bit jarring, but overall an enjoyable chapter.

Great chapter! Love it! Daphne is going for revenge. Awesome! Harry thinks he did nothing wrong! LMAO! As soon as that potion induced lust ware off, all he gave a damn about was coving it up. No concern at all for Daphne who was crying while she left the room. I agree with Daphne. The apology was just empty words. Way too little, way too late! Asshole! Glad Daphne is going for revenge.

Ok, that was interesting to say the least. I don’t think this is your intent, but I am finding myself far more sympathetic to Daphne then I am to Harry in this one. Daphne is reacting as if she had been raped. I know that is not entirely true that that had actually accrued, but from Daphne’s point of view, I think it would be an accurate description of how that sexual encounter happened. It definitely wasn’t at her true consent, but the same could be true for Harry. Unfortunately, because Daphne is the girl, she is the only one to truly suffer for it, where it will pretty much ruin the rest of her life, especially with the pregnancy thing tapped on. If there is an underlying psychological reason she may have on a small level actually wanted this, perhaps she finds the prearranged marriage idea as repulsive as I do and would be on a very subconscious level happy if that were taken off the table.
For Harry on the other hand, this was pretty much consequence free, except for dealing with his own guilt with the incident, which is pretty shallow at best given that he would expect Daphne to simply accept an apology. I hope that evens out that he faces true consequences for his actions too. But any idea I can think of is not realistic.

Nice job with recapping the previous movies. Yeah, I think Daphne will be in trouble on this one with an unwanted pregnancy and probably a great deal of regret on both sides. Interesting start.

why choose divination? its not like he has ron to pull him allong, since he is so weak runes and arthritmancy would be perfect (those 2 and potions astronomy herbolgy and history can be done by squibs funny right they can do 4 core subjects yet get kicked out of the family)
