I like what I'm seeing so far. Rare to see a Rosario vamp crossover not focused on Tsukune's gang, and rarer to see a story with someone from Yokai academy going somewhere else for school. Hell, the MC being antagonistic towards the devils before canon even starts is a fascinating change. Thumbs up for those three points. As for criticism, you mentioned that our dear monstrel MC would be getting his ass kicked. I don't have a problem with that (considering the strength of many DXD characters I would be disappointed if he was OP) I'm just uncertain how that would happen. He hasn't been fighting any Strays for the Devils, and as he needs both Rias and Sona to release his bindings, I can't see a situation where they would just "let him help". I'm just not seeing a scenario where they would not only let him help, but have both ladies be there to free him before he gets skewered. I mean, he got owned in this chapter, it was awesome and I loved how you wrote his confusion and anger, but he's kinda worthless to the devils combat wise unless a fight is planned in advance. If the devils have time to plan, they have time to think of better alternatives than using the MC, to them he's at best a loose cannon they can point at their foes. Sona and Rias clearly don't trust him in the slightest (they aren't telling him simple things like peerages) so (at least for now) I can't see him getting into Monstrel form to fight any time soon. Like I said before though, I'm very interested in where this goes. Keep it up please!

What I wanted to say is that using Bikou as a comparison is not a good idea. The way you appear to look at him, he would be weaker than Raiser or Rias. He's the descendant of Sun Wukong and Vali definitively didn't pick him for his looks.
