if you're going for the angle of them having similar superhero names for harry I'd go for something like Cosmic HarryCosmic lad. or power harry /power lad or Ulta harryultra lad (Comic Harry is my personal favouriteas Cosmic gives a magical feeling or he could be psychic. probably not a close combat kind of hero but a long-range one.

I really like your ideas mate! Harry's name should be something like Phoenix (I know it's probably overused and all that) a fire based attacker that focuses on offense and healing. His abilities would involve crying onto teammates to heal them, however he can't heal himself instead if he dies he turns to ash and is Reborn 2 turns later. He'd have a diving attack that can hit anyone regardless of protections or anything dealing burn to them (all of his offensive abilities will). His ultimate would be a focused solar flare he tales from the sun dealing heavy damage to all enemies and healing his teammates-at the cost of killing himself as I said before for ressurection. Or he could have a 3 way yaoi one between him, craig and tweek.
I feel like I went a tad over the top there but I'd like to know your thoughts mate!
