Greetings! This is WhiteLadyDragon from AO3. I left you this same review a while back on that site but if it's all right, I'd like to reiterate my thoughts on it.
Wow! I gotta say, you've got a way with writing smut that I envy! It's descriptive and vulgar yet simmering with emotional charge just beneath the surface and, always, erotic! (I know that sounds redundant, but I've read my share of smut that just...wasn't.) I'm impressed how you balance the ostensibly casual, humorous aspect of our trio's interludes with the deeper passions and attachments lurking beneath them...not that they stay lurking for long afterwards. Indeed, they spill out with a head-spinning flourish! I must confess, I have recently used your work as a model on which to write my own smut.
Sex with friends always seems to be a tricky business, especially when you're all as intense as these three are, who all only seem that close to one another, despite their differences. (Plus, they're two Scorpios and a Leo!) While it did seem to me they decided on turning this into an official relationship rather quickly, I appreciate that you don't completely sweep away the tensions and contradictions that characterize their dynamic even after they consummate their relationship. Only time will tell if they stick together. But in the meantime, let them enjoy what they have!
I must also say while I'm impressed on how spot-on your portrayal of Jiraiya and Tsunade are, even whilst taking some liberties in placing them in this situation to begin with, I'm especially interested in how you characterize Orochimaru here. Sexually confident, arrogant, kinky as hell, surprisingly vocal in bed and yet...not, when it comes to emotional intimacy. It's amazing how engaged he is physically while trying to keep his distance emotionally, an act that of course hurts Jiraiya-and maybe Tsunade, but Jiraiya, more apparently so, since Tsunade seems the most in tune with emotional needs in general. It's amazing that he feels he must try at all, because the effort indicates that he is in fact vulnerable, one of the last words people will think of when they think about him. It was shocking to see him come close to tears this many times. But then the longer I thought about it, the more I thought, "Is it really that shocking?"
There's no getting around it: he's a very dark character, which can be either unbearably sexy or just unbearable. Though they are far from perfect themselves, one might say he needs Jiraiya and Tsunade's light to act as a buffer to his darkness, but only if he accepts it and only if the other two can make an effort to understand him.
(Also, it still cracks me up how he's got a fixation on butts!)

Hey! I just want you to know I love the story. I squealed at the update! But it seemed somehow chapter one was replaced with the content of chapter two because it's there twice and I VIVIDLY remember chapter one (I was reading it on a bus and scandalized some old women... Hey, they were the ones who were reading over my shoulder so it's there own fault.) Anyway, I just wanted to show my admiration as well as let you know about the site's blunder.
