Shame this was a really interesting story, never seen one with Rama summoned, never mind one that actually shows his TRUE powers, since FGO nerfed him. Hope you update this story.

Hope you continue this.
I like that you include Kariya's flaws in this story as well. Throughout Fate Zero you feel so bad for him that you can forget that he has serious flaws of his own namely his refusal to accept that Aoi does love Tokiomi and not him and at times he can let his (completely understandable) hatred for Tokiomi take control of him. Here where he has someone as wise as Rama with him he can possibly try and move on with his life.

Poor Saber she has feels so inadequate when compared to possibly the greatest conquer in history and possibly the most legendary figure in Hinduism.

Speaking of Hinduism is it safe to say that Sakura and Kariya (if he lives) will be converting to it after the war?

I love this story so far, but I don't think Kariya giving Sakura back to her family would be the ideal solution. Tokiomi has already proved he is a magus rather than a father - Unlimited Bladeworks is clear on that point. If you abandon your child to enslavement and rape, you shouldn't get a second chance. Short of a visible realignment in Tokiomi's priorities, some kind of sign he wouldn't make the same choice all over again, I think it'd be a mistake for him to get Sakura back. I hope what this story builds to is Kariya letting go of his hate and instead making an objective assessment and realizing Sakura shouldn't go back to her family - Aoi seemed to accept her child's disappearance easily enough. I hope this story ends with him trying to be her father.

"And Kariya, his master couldn't stop shouting in excitement!" Easily my favorite line. That scene was a nice touch.

I like the introspection and comparisons Saber goes through, but the last two scenes are the most touching. Rama bringing Sakura to the playground so she can find out how to be herself again is nicely paralleled with the same issue for the unknowing Kariya. Guess this will be a double self-realization story, and you certainly give an interesting setup for a unique, possible ending.

You definitely have my interest for where this will go next. There's a few typos here and there, but I know English isn't your first language so I wouldn't worry about them. Yours are rather easy to miss anyhow unless the reader tends to crawl slowly through sentences like I do. Keep it up, friend!

Kariya is being forced to see that his choices for war could result.

Rama has no problem putting salt in the wounds if it helps heal Kariya in the future, but those words must have hurt Kariya.

unfortunately he does not have many choices, since his life span is short, is the only way he can continue to live really is the grail, that even winning will fuck him somehow, or Iirisviel who may perhaps know enough about healing to help him.

Ay like it.

Well looks like we've got a story where I'm pulling for Gilgamesh to corrupt Kirei. That way, Tokiomi gets sent to the hell he deserves and the girls should have a happy childhood. X-factor is Aoi, but hopefully she'll be ill inclined the bastard after she learns about what happened to Sakura.
